Xcel is an upgraded level of security guard service offered by Ranger American, specifically designed for those who require superior quality and execution from their security force.

The TASER® X26 and the Taser Cam are the main components of the Xcel division. This patented technology, exclusive to Ranger American*, provides a non-lethal alternative when dealing with combative individuals.

The TASER® X26 fires two probes from a replaceable air cartridge. These probes are connected to the weapon by high-voltage insulated wire. When the probes make contact with the target, the TASER® X26 transmits powerful electrical pulses along the wires and into the body of the target.
 
Integrated to every TASER® X26 is the Taser Cam, an audio-video recording device that is activated every time the unit is armed. This allows officers to capture vital information prior to, during and after the possible deployment of a TASER® X26 device.
